The Note (公開されなかった手記) is a first-person survival horror adventure game developed by Team Bughouse and published by SunSoft for the PlayStation.
Plot[]
Akira, a freelance Japanese journalist specialized in the occult, is visited by a woman, whose daughter had left on a trip with her friends and never returned since. He agrees to find the whereabouts of her daughter and the two other kids she was with. after being given the last things the woman received from her; including a photo of an old run-down mansion somewhere in southern Europe. Akira is also accompanied by his assistant Angela.
Gameplay[]
in The Note, you move around the levels in a first person view and can interact with almost everything in the rooms. Curtains can be opened, fireplaces can be lit in order to access dark corners. In the fashion of survival horror games, you must also conserve your ammunition against the nightly creatures.
